Section 1 – Introduction, Acceptance, and Scope of Terms

1.1 Introduction

Welcome to Home Pros Guru.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Home Pros Guru website, platform, services, features, applications, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by Home Pros Guru ("Home Pros Guru," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms establish the rules, rights, responsibilities, and conditions applicable to individuals and businesses that access or use the Platform.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, creating a profile, purchasing a membership, submitting or responding to a service request, communicating through the Platform, or otherwise using Home Pros Guru, a User agrees to be bound by these Terms and by any additional policies or agreements incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If a User does not agree to these Terms, the User must not access or use the Platform.

1.3 Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to all persons and entities accessing or using the Platform, including homeowners, property owners, customers, contractors, service professionals, businesses, registered members, visitors, and other users of Home Pros Guru.

For purposes of these Terms, these persons and entities may collectively be referred to as "Users."

Certain Users may also be subject to additional agreements or policies based on the services or features they use.

Contractors participating in the Platform may, for example, also be subject to the Home Pros Guru Contractor Membership Agreement and other applicable contractor policies.

1.4 Purpose of the Platform

Home Pros Guru provides a technology-based marketplace designed to help homeowners and other customers discover, evaluate, and connect with contractors and home-service professionals.

The Platform may provide features that allow Users to create profiles, publish or view information, request or identify services, communicate, review contractors, display credentials or verification information, purchase memberships, and use other services made available by Home Pros Guru.

The availability and functionality of particular features may vary over time.

1.5 Home Pros Guru Is a Platform

Home Pros Guru facilitates connections between Users and independent contractors or service professionals.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Home Pros Guru is not the contractor or service provider performing the home-improvement or other services requested by a User.

Contractors and service professionals using the Platform operate independently and are responsible for their own businesses, services, representations, pricing, agreements, employees or subcontractors, licensing obligations, insurance obligations, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or similar relationship between Home Pros Guru and any contractor merely because the contractor uses or participates in the Platform.

1.6 Agreements Between Homeowners and Contractors

Any agreement for home-improvement, repair, maintenance, construction, or other services entered into between a homeowner or customer and a contractor is between those parties, unless Home Pros Guru expressly states otherwise in connection with a particular service.

Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of their agreements with one another.

Home Pros Guru's operation of the Platform does not make the Company a party to an independent service contract between a homeowner and contractor merely because the parties discovered or communicated with one another through Home Pros Guru.

1.7 Additional Policies and Agreements

These Terms should be read together with other Home Pros Guru policies and agreements applicable to a User or particular Platform feature.

These may include, as applicable, the Privacy Policy, Contractor Membership Agreement, Review Policy, Community Standards, and other policies or notices published by Home Pros Guru.

Where an additional agreement applies to a particular service, membership, or feature, that agreement forms part of the User's relationship with Home Pros Guru with respect to that service, membership, or feature.

1.8 Eligibility and Authority

Users may access or use the Platform only when legally permitted to do so.

A person using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity represents that the person has authority to act on behalf of and bind that entity with respect to the applicable use of the Platform.

Additional eligibility requirements may apply to particular Platform services or account types.

1.9 Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to use of Home Pros Guru unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Specific Platform activities may be governed by additional terms, disclosures, policies, or agreements.

If a specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding a particular feature or service, the more specific agreement will govern that feature or service to the extent of the conflict.

Section 2 – User Accounts, Registration, Eligibility, and Account Security

2.1 User Accounts

Certain features of the Home Pros Guru Platform may require Users to create and maintain an account.

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to update that information when reasonably necessary to keep it accurate.

Home Pros Guru may establish different account types, registration requirements, or access privileges for homeowners, contractors, service professionals, businesses, or other categories of Users.

2.2 Eligibility to Create an Account

A User may create or maintain an account only if the User is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and is not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.

Individuals creating accounts on behalf of a business or other legal entity represent that they have authority to act on behalf of that entity.

Home Pros Guru may establish additional eligibility requirements for particular account types, memberships, services, or Platform features.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Users must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and whenever information is submitted to Home Pros Guru.

Users may not knowingly impersonate another person or business, create an account using materially false information, misrepresent their identity or business affiliation, or provide information intended to deceive Home Pros Guru or other Users.

Home Pros Guru may request additional information when reasonably necessary to administer the Platform, protect Users, verify information, investigate suspected misuse, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

2.4 Account Credentials and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including passwords and other authentication information.

Users should not knowingly permit unauthorized persons to access or use their accounts.

Users are responsible for activity occurring through their accounts to the extent permitted by applicable law.

A User who believes that an account has been accessed without authorization or that account credentials have been compromised should notify Home Pros Guru promptly and take reasonable steps to secure the account.

2.5 One User's Account May Not Be Misused by Another

Users may not access another User's account without authorization or use another person's identity, credentials, business information, or account to circumvent Platform requirements, restrictions, suspensions, or other controls.

Home Pros Guru may take reasonable measures to protect account integrity and investigate suspected unauthorized access, impersonation, fraud, or misuse.

2.6 Contractor and Business Accounts

Contractors and other service professionals registering with Home Pros Guru are responsible for ensuring that the information presented through their accounts and profiles accurately represents their businesses and services.

Creating a contractor account or profile does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, employment relationship, partnership, or agency relationship between Home Pros Guru and the contractor.

Requirements relating specifically to licenses, insurance, verification status, and Platform badges are addressed separately in Section 6 of these Terms and, where applicable, in the Contractor Membership Agreement.

2.7 Account Communications

Users acknowledge that Home Pros Guru may use the contact information associated with an account to provide account-related, transactional, administrative, security, legal, and service communications.

Additional provisions governing electronic communications, notifications, and consent are contained in Section 8 of these Terms.

2.8 Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own use of the Platform and for taking reasonable precautions to protect their accounts.

Users must use their accounts in accordance with these Terms and any additional policies or agreements applicable to their account type or use of the Platform.

Nothing in this Section limits Home Pros Guru's rights regarding suspension, termination, or account closure as provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

2.9 Protection of the Platform and Community

Home Pros Guru may use reasonable account-security, authentication, fraud-prevention, and verification measures to protect the Platform, its Users, and the integrity of its services.

Such measures do not constitute a guarantee that every User, account, credential, representation, or transaction is authentic, accurate, safe, or free from risk.

Section 3 – Platform Use, User Conduct, and Prohibited Activities

3.1 Permitted Use of the Platform

Users may use the Home Pros Guru Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all other applicable Home Pros Guru policies and agreements.

The Platform is intended to facilitate legitimate connections, communications, and interactions among homeowners, contractors, service professionals, and other authorized Users within the home services marketplace.

Users must use the Platform responsibly and in a manner that respects the rights, safety, privacy, and legitimate interests of Home Pros Guru and other Users.

3.2 User Responsibility for Conduct

Each User is responsible for the User's own conduct, communications, representations, submissions, and activities while using the Platform.

Users must not knowingly provide materially false, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading information through the Platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Home Pros Guru complies with laws and regulations applicable to their activities.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Platform to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized activity.

Without limiting the foregoing, Users may not:

• impersonate another person, contractor, business, or organization;
• knowingly submit false or materially misleading information;
• use the Platform to facilitate fraud or other unlawful conduct;
• threaten, harass, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate against another User;
• interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation or security of the Platform;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, data, or restricted areas of the Platform;
• introduce malicious code, viruses, automated attacks, or other harmful technology;
• use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or similar methods to access or collect Platform information except where expressly authorized by Home Pros Guru;
• misuse another User's personal, business, or contact information;
• manipulate Platform features, reviews, ratings, verification information, or other trust-related systems;
• use the Platform in a manner intended to evade restrictions, enforcement actions, or account limitations; or
• encourage or assist another person in violating these Terms.

3.4 Honest and Professional Representations

Users must make reasonable efforts to ensure that information they publish or communicate through Home Pros Guru is truthful and not materially misleading.

Contractors and service professionals are responsible for accurately representing their businesses, qualifications, services, experience, credentials, and other information they choose or are required to provide.

Homeowners and other customers are likewise responsible for providing reasonably accurate information concerning service requests, project descriptions, communications, and other information they submit through the Platform.

3.5 Respectful Use and Communications

Home Pros Guru expects Users to interact professionally and respectfully.

Users may not use Platform features or communications to engage in unlawful harassment, threats, intimidation, fraud, discrimination prohibited by applicable law, or other conduct that materially threatens the safety or legitimate rights of another User.

Disagreements between Users should be handled lawfully and professionally.

3.6 Reviews, Ratings, and Platform Integrity

Users may not manipulate or attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, recommendations, verification indicators, badges, rankings, or other Platform systems designed to provide information or promote trust.

Users must not knowingly submit fraudulent reviews, misrepresent their relationship to a reviewed business or transaction, or improperly interfere with another User's legitimate participation in Platform review features.

Additional requirements governing reviews and ratings may be established in the Home Pros Guru Review Policy.

3.7 Privacy and Personal Information

Users must respect the privacy and personal information of other Users.

Information obtained through Home Pros Guru may not be collected, disclosed, published, sold, exploited, or used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Users who receive personal or project-related information through the Platform are responsible for handling that information appropriately and in accordance with applicable law and Platform policies.

Home Pros Guru's own collection and handling of personal information is addressed separately in its Privacy Policy.

3.8 Platform Monitoring and Enforcement

Home Pros Guru may take reasonable measures to protect the integrity, security, and appropriate use of the Platform, including investigating suspected violations of these Terms or other applicable policies.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, Home Pros Guru may restrict access to particular features, remove or restrict content, investigate suspected misconduct, or take other reasonable action to protect the Platform and its Users.

Account suspension, termination, and closure are addressed more specifically in Section 14 of these Terms.

3.9 No Guarantee of User Conduct

Although Home Pros Guru may establish rules, policies, verification processes, moderation practices, or other safeguards, the Company cannot guarantee the identity, conduct, honesty, reliability, qualifications, or future behavior of every User.

Users remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when communicating, contracting, sharing information, or otherwise interacting with other Users.

Nothing in this Section modifies the disclaimers and limitations established elsewhere in these Terms.

3.10 Cooperation With Lawful Requirements

Home Pros Guru may respond to valid legal process, court orders, regulatory requirements, or lawful requests from governmental authorities as required or permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms requires Home Pros Guru to permit conduct that the Company reasonably believes violates applicable law, compromises Platform security, or materially threatens the rights or safety of Users or others.

Section 4 – Homeowner and Contractor Relationships, Service Requests, and Independent Agreements

4.1 Role of Home Pros Guru

Home Pros Guru operates a technology-based marketplace designed to help homeowners and other customers discover, evaluate, communicate with, and connect with independent contractors and home-service professionals.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in connection with a particular service, Home Pros Guru does not perform the home-improvement, repair, maintenance, construction, or other services offered by contractors through or in connection with the Platform.

Home Pros Guru's role in facilitating a connection between Users does not make the Company a party to an independent service agreement entered into between a homeowner and contractor.

4.2 Service Requests

Homeowners may use available Platform features to submit requests or provide information concerning projects or services they are interested in obtaining.

Homeowners are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information concerning their projects, including information reasonably necessary for contractors to understand the nature and general scope of the requested work.

Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a contractor will respond, provide an estimate, accept a project, or perform services.

4.3 Contractor Responses and Estimates

Contractors may choose whether to respond to service requests, communicate with homeowners, provide estimates or proposals, or accept particular projects, subject to applicable Platform rules and membership requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Home Pros Guru does not establish or control the contractor's pricing, estimates, proposals, work methods, scheduling, staffing, materials, warranties, or other terms of service.

Contractors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their own estimates, proposals, representations, and service-related communications.

4.4 Independent Agreements Between Users

Any agreement for services entered into between a homeowner and contractor is an independent agreement between those parties.

The homeowner and contractor are responsible for determining and documenting the terms of their agreement, including as applicable:

• scope of work;
• pricing and payment arrangements;
• deposits;
• materials;
• schedules and completion expectations;
• permits;
• change orders;
• warranties;
• cancellation rights; and
• other project-specific terms.

The parties are responsible for ensuring that their agreements and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4.5 Contractor Independence

Contractors participating on Home Pros Guru operate independent businesses.

Except where expressly agreed otherwise in writing, contractors are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, joint venturers, or franchisees of Home Pros Guru.

Contractors independently determine how they operate their businesses and perform their services, subject to applicable law, their agreements with customers, and the rules governing their participation on the Platform.

4.6 Homeowner Responsibility

Homeowners are responsible for evaluating whether a contractor is appropriate for their particular project.

Homeowners should review information relevant to their project and exercise reasonable judgment before entering into a service agreement.

Where appropriate, homeowners should independently evaluate matters such as project scope, pricing, credentials, licensing, insurance, permits, references, warranties, and contractual terms.

Information presented through Home Pros Guru may assist Users in making decisions but does not eliminate the need for reasonable judgment.

4.7 Contractor Responsibility

Contractors are responsible for the services they offer and perform, including their workmanship, employees or subcontractors, business practices, pricing, representations, customer agreements, safety practices, legal compliance, and other obligations arising from their businesses.

Contractors are also responsible for determining and maintaining any licenses, registrations, insurance, permits, or other qualifications required for their activities.

Additional provisions concerning contractor licensing, insurance, verification status, and Platform badges are contained in Section 6 of these Terms.

4.8 Payments Between Homeowners and Contractors

Unless Home Pros Guru expressly provides a payment-processing feature or otherwise states in writing that it is participating in a particular transaction, payment arrangements between homeowners and contractors are the responsibility of those parties.

Home Pros Guru is not responsible merely by reason of operating the Platform for collecting, holding, distributing, refunding, or guaranteeing payments made directly between Users.

Any payment service offered directly through the Platform may be subject to additional terms, disclosures, fees, or third-party payment-provider requirements.

4.9 Project Disputes Between Users

Homeowners and contractors are primarily responsible for resolving disagreements arising from their independent service relationships, including disputes involving project scope, workmanship, scheduling, pricing, payments, materials, warranties, property conditions, or other project-specific matters.

Home Pros Guru may, at its discretion, provide communication channels, reporting mechanisms, or other Platform features intended to assist Users, but doing so does not make Home Pros Guru responsible for deciding or guaranteeing the outcome of a private contractual dispute between Users.

Nothing in this provision prevents Home Pros Guru from taking appropriate action concerning violations of its own Platform rules or policies.

4.10 No Guarantee of Project Outcome

Home Pros Guru does not guarantee that a homeowner will find a contractor, that a contractor will obtain a project, or that any particular project will be completed at a particular price, according to a particular schedule, or to the satisfaction of either party.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions, agreements, communications, and service relationships.

The disclaimers and limitations applicable to use of the Platform are addressed further in Section 11 of these Terms.

Section 5 – Contractor Profiles, Information, Representations, and User Responsibility

5.1 Contractor Profiles

Home Pros Guru may allow contractors and service professionals to create business profiles containing information about their businesses, services, experience, service areas, qualifications, projects, photographs, credentials, and other information made available through the Platform.

Contractors are responsible for the information and materials they submit, publish, upload, or otherwise provide in connection with their profiles.

Contractor profiles are intended to help homeowners evaluate potential service providers but should not be treated as a substitute for a homeowner's own reasonable evaluation of a contractor for a particular project.

5.2 Accuracy of Contractor Information

Contractors must make reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided through their profiles is truthful, accurate, current, and not materially misleading.

Contractors may not knowingly misrepresent their identity, business ownership, experience, qualifications, services, service areas, credentials, affiliations, project history, or other material information.

Contractors are responsible for updating profile information when necessary to prevent it from becoming materially inaccurate or misleading.

5.3 Contractor-Provided Content

Contractors are responsible for content they submit to or display through the Platform, including descriptions, photographs, project information, logos, business information, portfolio materials, and other content associated with their profiles.

A contractor may submit or publish content only when the contractor has the legal right or appropriate authorization to use that content.

Contractors must not knowingly upload content that unlawfully infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Additional requirements concerning intellectual property and Platform content are addressed in Section 10 of these Terms.

5.4 Project Photographs and Privacy

Contractors who upload photographs or other media relating to completed or ongoing projects are responsible for using reasonable care to protect the privacy and personal information of homeowners, occupants, and other persons.

Contractors should avoid publishing identifying or sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary to demonstrate their work, including visible addresses, house numbers, license plates, individuals, personal documents, security-related information, or other identifying details, whenever reasonably possible.

Contractors are responsible for obtaining any authorization or permission required by applicable law or by their agreements with homeowners before publishing project photographs or other media.

Additional photography, media, and privacy requirements may be established by Home Pros Guru through applicable Platform policies or guidelines.

5.5 No Ownership of Another Person's Property or Information

The ability to photograph or perform work at a property does not, by itself, grant a contractor unrestricted rights to publish images of the property, its occupants, personal belongings, vehicles, identifying information, or other protected material.

Contractors remain responsible for determining whether they have appropriate permission or legal authority before using photographs, videos, testimonials, logos, copyrighted materials, or other third-party content.

5.6 Homeowner Evaluation of Contractor Information

Homeowners are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when evaluating contractor profiles and deciding whether to contact, hire, or enter into an agreement with a contractor.

Profile information may assist homeowners in evaluating contractors, but no profile, rating, review, credential display, verification status, or Platform badge should be considered a guarantee of future performance, workmanship, safety, reliability, pricing, or project outcome.

5.7 Credentials and Qualifications

Contractors are responsible for accurately representing any licenses, registrations, certifications, insurance coverage, qualifications, or other credentials associated with their businesses.

Home Pros Guru may request, review, display, categorize, or otherwise process certain contractor information as part of Platform features or verification processes.

The specific rules governing contractor licenses, insurance information, verification status, and Platform badges are established in Section 6 – Licenses, Insurance, Verification Status, and Platform Badges.

5.8 Changes to Contractor Information

Contractors are responsible for updating information when material circumstances change, including changes that may affect the accuracy of their profiles or representations.

Home Pros Guru may request updated information or documentation where reasonably appropriate to maintain the integrity of Platform information or features.

A contractor's failure to maintain required or materially accurate information may affect the contractor's profile, verification status, badge status, access to particular Platform features, or continued participation on the Platform, subject to these Terms and applicable policies.

5.9 Platform Presentation of Contractor Information

Home Pros Guru may organize, format, categorize, display, or otherwise present contractor-provided information through Platform features designed to help Users navigate and evaluate available service professionals.

The Company's display of contractor-provided information does not, by itself, constitute a guarantee or warranty regarding the contractor or the contractor's services.

Users should consider the nature, source, and currency of information presented when making decisions through the Platform.

5.10 Relationship to Section 6

This Section establishes general responsibilities concerning contractor profiles, representations, content, and information.

Section 6 – Licenses, Insurance, Verification Status, and Platform Badges establishes the more specific requirements applicable to contractor credentials, insurance information, verification status, and Platform badges.

Where Section 6 establishes a more specific requirement concerning those subjects, Section 6 shall govern.

Section 6 – Licenses, Insurance, Verification Status, and Platform Badges

6.1 Contractor Responsibility

Each Contractor is solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and complying with all licenses, certifications, permits, registrations, insurance policies, bonds, and other legal requirements applicable to the services they provide.

Contractors represent and warrant that all information submitted to Home Pros Guru is truthful, accurate, complete, and current at the time it is provided.

Contractors agree to promptly update their profile whenever any material information changes, including but not limited to:

• Business name
• Business address
• Contact information
• Professional licenses
• Insurance coverage
• Certifications
• Service areas
• Business ownership
• Legal status of the business

Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.

6.2 Verification Process

Home Pros Guru may, at its sole discretion, review or verify certain information submitted by Contractors, including but not limited to:

• Professional licenses
• Business registration
• Insurance documentation
• Government-issued identification
• Business information
• Other supporting documentation

Verification is performed using information reasonably available at the time of review.

Home Pros Guru reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

6.3 Meaning of Verification

A "Verified" badge or similar designation indicates only that Home Pros Guru reviewed certain information provided by the Contractor and determined that it met the Platform's verification requirements at the time of verification.

Verification does not constitute:

• A guarantee of quality.
• An endorsement or recommendation.
• A warranty of workmanship.
• A certification of professional competence.
• A guarantee that licenses or insurance remain active after verification.
• A guarantee that the Contractor will perform services satisfactorily.
• A guarantee against future misconduct or legal violations.

Verification should not be interpreted as replacing a homeowner's own evaluation and judgment when selecting a contractor.

6.4 Platform Badges

Home Pros Guru may issue badges, designations, or profile indicators that communicate certain information about a Contractor's account.

Examples may include:

• Verified
• Featured Professional
• Premium Member
• Years on Home Pros Guru
• Other badges introduced by the Platform.

Each badge represents only the specific criteria established by Home Pros Guru for that designation.

Badges shall not be interpreted as endorsements, guarantees, certifications, or assurances regarding the quality of services provided.

Home Pros Guru reserves the right to modify, suspend, revoke, or discontinue any badge program at any time.

6.5 Misrepresentation

Contractors shall not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, incomplete, or altered documentation.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Expired licenses
• Altered insurance certificates
• False business registrations
• Misrepresented certifications
• Fraudulent identity documents
• False claims regarding experience or qualifications

Home Pros Guru may immediately suspend, remove, or permanently terminate any account found to contain materially false or misleading information.

Home Pros Guru also reserves the right to remove any verification badge or designation whenever verification can no longer be confirmed.

6.6 Continuing Duty to Maintain Credentials

Verification is not a one-time obligation.

Contractors are responsible for maintaining all required licenses, insurance policies, registrations, and professional credentials throughout their use of the Platform.

Home Pros Guru is under no obligation to continuously monitor, renew, or verify contractor credentials after initial verification.

6.7 Homeowner Responsibility

Homeowners are encouraged to independently evaluate Contractors before hiring them.

This may include:

• Reviewing contractor profiles
• Reading customer reviews
• Requesting references
• Confirming licenses where applicable
• Confirming insurance coverage
• Obtaining written estimates
• Conducting any additional due diligence the homeowner considers appropriate.

Home Pros Guru provides a platform for connecting homeowners and contractors but does not supervise, direct, or guarantee the services ultimately provided.

Section 7 – Membership Plans, Billing, Renewals, Refunds, and Cancellations

7.1 Membership Plans

Home Pros Guru offers multiple membership options for contractors and service providers. Available plans may include, but are not limited to, Free Listing, Professional Membership, Featured Professional Membership, and any additional plans introduced by Home Pros Guru in the future.

Each membership plan provides different features, visibility, benefits, and pricing. The specific features of each membership level are described on the Home Pros Guru website and may be updated from time to time.

Home Pros Guru reserves the right to modify, add, discontinue, or replace membership plans, features, and pricing at its sole discretion.

7.2 Billing and Payment

Paid memberships require the payment of recurring subscription fees.

Such information should not be considered legal, financial, engineering, construction, insurance, tax, or professional advice.

Home Pros Guru does not supervise projects, inspect completed work, negotiate contracts, collect project payments (except membership fees), manage disputes between homeowners and contractors, or guarantee successful project completion.

11.6 Limitation of Liability
